Naughty Dog announces game based on "The Last of Us" TV series
Naughty Dog, creator of the hit videogame “The Last of Us”, has announced this tuesday the 29th that they are developing a video game based on the their “The Last of Us” TV series. The announcement was quite divisibly among fans of the studio. “What does that even mean?” Said Gabriella Iorn on Twitter, seemingly bemused by the announcement. “They can’t possibly sell this game a third time. Are they just going to model the characters closer to their actor counterpart?” Gabriella’s thoughts seem to reflect what a lot of the fans are saying through social media. On the other hand, they are plenty of players excited by the announcement. Kyle Whitehorse, a community pillar for the game series, says that “people don’t fully understand what this means. This is the next step for our game and we should be more than happy for it. Imagine what else could come from that! New voice acting. Better rope physics. Imagine what the shirt scene could look like with current technology!” Since the original announcement, which consisted of a black papyrus font text on a dark gray background, Naughty Dog has released a note saying “We won’t mistreat our employees this time, pinky promise”.
Scott the Woz suddenly switches "Hey, all" to "Hey, y'all"
Scott Wozniak, famous for his gaming content on YouTube, switched from his popular catchphrase “Hey, all” to “Hey, y’all”. The change has occurred on his most recent video on WiiU peripherals, which came out this Sunday the second. “I can’t tell the difference, honestly” said 8CocoaEscargot to us in an interview. 8CocoaEscargot has been a viewer of Scott since “before he achieved adulthood”.”You could tell me it was just like before I would not argue otherwise.” Mrs. Cocoa seems to think the community is overreacting about what she considers to be “a very meaningless and unnoticeable change”. “My life has been ruined” reported CorlsGoldBols. “He can’t possible change such a vital piece of his own history like that. His history is dependent on his community.” Corl is the creator of the petition for Scott to change it back, which currently has an impressive total of 71 signatures, only five days after its creation. We were not able to contact Scott by the time of this report, however, an anonymous staff member has briefly spoken to us: “Holy shit, don’t tell me you are turning what fifteen weird teenagers said on twitter into a full-on news report.” We will keep you updated on the situation.
Indie Gaming community leader says "This is the year of the indies" for the 5th year in a row
“This is it. I’ve been wrong before, but now it’s different” said Leanne Jones, content creator for blogs, videos and streams. Leanne has formed her community by talking about small indie games, and she strongly believes that “several independent productions will surpass big studios on sales this very year”. “What even is coming out this year? FromSoft is making a sequel to a series that they haven’t touched since the invention of the wheel. They would be happy to sell 7 copies total. Nintendo looked at their best-selling open world action RPG and said ‘You know what this needs? Half-Life 2 physics and a dilf’. If I were them, i would start planning for bankruptcy, really.” Leanne believes that the public is looking for innovators, games that think outside the box and bring new stuff to the table. “People haven’t seen what I have. There is a new top-down shooter roguelike that isn’t in pixel art. There is a game that combines both visual novels and slide puzzles” said Leanne, commenting on how bright she thinks is the future of indie gaming. Right after the conclusion of the interview, Leanne has asked us if Pikmin 4 is coming out this year. “No, right? That’s 2024. Right?”
Newest Open-World game actually is just real life
A couple of months ago, a recently founded small tech company by the name of Live&Cre8 had launched a pretty cheap VR headset (retailing for a measly $25, made specifically for what they called “the most realistic life simulating game ever” MindLife. The game was praised for its graphical and systemic realism, as they were able to recreate elements from the userbase personal data (gathered, of course, by the device itself). Harsher critics of the product felt like some inclusions such as racism could’ve been left out, and the game’s economy is unnecessarily deep, with common complains of having to do taxes and such. However, earlier today, a team of MIT engineers have analyzed the device and came to the conclusion that it isn’t anything other than “a cheap piece of plastic with no computer-related technology involved” while showcasing the inside of the device – which was filled with plastic dust and randomly glued metal parts. This claim has sparked quite the debate on the internet. “What do I do now?” said an anonymous interviewee who got a better job and a family after he started playing MindLife. “If this was a game, I could stop at any time. I can’t possibly deal with the consequences of my own actions. I don’t want to keep these things forever.” These concerns seem to be very common among the game’s community. Tom Bobbins, CEO of Live&Cre8, has said on social media that “you must be very gullible to blindly believe an engineer without balding issues”, claiming that the video is a fabrication and the device’s inner workings were misunderstood. He also stated that “breaking open the device voids your warranty, so don’t.” Tom also doesn’t seem threatened by all of the lawsuit threats.
Streamer gets banned after missing the right path
Dylan Garcia, 28, has recently been banned from Twitch after a huge virtual mob advocated for it. Dylan was accused by its own following for “going the wrong direction on a linear game, on purpose”, as if he had intended to waste his own public’s time. The strong response towards Dylan’s actions resulted in a quick change to Twitch’s guidelines, which lead to the streamer’s ban. “Outrageous, how dare the little punk” said Doyle Lindberg, previously a viewer of Dylan’s. “I can’t go around wasting my time watching stuff like that. I can barely watch streams because i can’t speed them up. The streamer should always be honored by my presence.” Twitch’s new policy seems to affect streamers who miss obvious queues, go off path accidentally and, overall, end up wasting time. On social media, people seem to think that the new policy “seemed to be written by a panicking teenager that doesn’t function well under pressure.” However, the policy seemed to be well received among the site’s users. “It will take some time for everyone to adapt” - added Doyle – “but I’m sure this is the good for me.” Dylan Garcia couldn’t be contacted by the time of this report.
The top 20 most delicious Kirby enemies
20 – Gnawcodile Crocodile meat is not humanity’s go-to protein, but I’ve been to Florida once and I can say, this is good! - but not great. In this case, i had to hunt these guys myself, almost lost a limb. Just stick to whatever you can get in Florida, to be honest. 19 – Kacti Don’t let their smile fool you: this guy wants to be cooked. Its juicy cactus meat is quite nice, and gets really soft when heated. You shouldn’t skip on this one. Best served in a taco with some tomato salsa. Still, it’s cactus, it isn’t the best thing ever. 18 – Kani Now, Kani is not the only crustacean in this series, but it is the only that didn’t taste like a tire. Still, it’s nothing special. Seafood is just not my thing, really, but if it pleases me, then surely it won’t disappoint you. 17 – Sir Kibble Contrary to what you might think, Sir Kibble does not taste like kibble. In fact, its taste really resembles human meat. It went fantastic in a Brazilian barbecue style, and given how common these fellas are, you have no excuse for not trying it out. 16 – Polof This hippity-hoppity whistleblower would be constantly seen in five star restaurants had it not been for tree huggers. I don’t get it. We didn’t start hunting rabbits yesterday, it’s not my fault these lack basic survival instincts. Anyway, its meat is very soft and fat rich, but unfortunately it is quite easy to mess up, putting it quite low on the list. 15 – Driblee This weird amphibian might be a pass for our least adventurous readers, but roasting this freak on a stick and biting on it like a savage is an experience I won’t forget, and I think you should have that too. 14 – Mister Anglep Personally I hate apples, so this one is for all the apple lovers out there. I know some of you would risk your own life for a good tasting apple. So there you go: an apple that is actively trying to kill you, and is a challenge to eat, even for the pinkiest of warriors. 13 – N-Z A food doesn’t need to taste good to be delicious; and if that prompts you to look up the definition of delicious than you are more than invited to not return to this article. My point is, N-Z is like a giant gummy bear that tastes like the insides of a couch, and that sucks, but as someone who has spent a worrisome amount of time wondering what that tastes like, I appreciate having the opportunity. 12 – Snoozroot Are you a vegan, but often sees yourself missing the good ol’ days of hunting? Well, you should be hunting for Snoozroot then! This dangerous plant sleeps most of the day, but easily wakes up, and will attack you without hesitation. Still, it’s worth it. You’ll never want to eat a pizza without this as a topping ever again. 11 – Chip Had Chip not been 85% fur, they would surely be higher on this list. You could argue that I should’ve removed the fur before eating it, but I wanted to try out the most traditional way. Not a fan, but that’s on me. 10 – Bzztbulb At a glance you might think this little guy wouldn’t taste that good. But what if I told you that you could be eating meat that tastes like burger bread? Eh? That’s right, you could be eating a burger made entirely out of meat. Just don’t eat the parts that allow this guy to generate electricity, you’d fry your tastes buds right off. 9 – Chilly Dessert is not the most important part of a meal, but it would be stupid to not include this guy on this list. While I can’t really compare the flavor to anything I had before, I would say it’s good enough that you should just take a bite off of this thing whenever you see one in the wild. 8 – Awoofy I completely ran out of jokes involving furry cutesy woodland creatures. Just eat the fox, okay? It’s good. Eat the fox. 7 – Birdon Birdon begged to not be on this list – literally. But just as I predicted, birdon soup is too good to be skipped. You even get to keep a hat to remind you of this fantastic meal, yay! 6 – Cupie If the holy ghost has given something to you, you thank him, and you eat it. Cupie tastes like love, and love it I do. Amen. 5 – Nruff If you’re looking for some pork, you’ll surely wanna have some Nruff. Getting a Nruff is somewhat difficult, given how they seemingly never stop running once they start. Still, some Nruff ribs with barbecue sauce would make it all worth it. 4 – Zebon You can have a great time eating some Zebon, that is, if they don’t eat you first. Thankfully they tend to be quite picky and most of the time, they just spit you out. It can still be annoying to deal with, so just use a straw. 3 – Kine “But Kine is not an enemy” shut up, bitch. Anyway, you already know I’m not the biggest fan of seafood, but this was the best tasting fried fish I’ve had my entire life. My only hope of ever tasting that again is to find this guy’s girlfriend, and boy, i would swim faster if I was her. 2 – Heat Phanphan You might think this list lacks spicy food, but that’s because I was saving this one for a good spot. This elephant looking creature is spicy from the get-go, to the point an unskilled chef could give stomach ulcers to his guests. So, yeah, very tasty, but be careful when cooking with it. 1 – Tookey Yes, oh yes. This extremely rare chicken-looking piece of heaven is some of the best food you can find in life, no matter how you prepare it. Or, well, could, because we’ve eaten this species to extinction. They haven’t been spotted since 2008 or 2009, I think. Sorry about that.
